Tired apartment in a great location. Positive: The location was perfect. Restaurants and buses were very close. Negative: The apartment is showing its age. The master bathroom's hot water knob in the shower leaked as did the bathroom faucet. The seating options are all so worn and uncomfortable. There is nowhere to relax. The Sofas in the living room are probably 50 years old and very uncomfortable; the leather cushions are held together by snaps and Velcro, and unfortunately neither are working. And they need to get rid of the two torn throw pillows. It would have been really great having such a large balcony, but the only seating was a miniature metal chair which is child size. Also, the sliding door was impossible to open unless you are a weightlifter. It needs to be adjusted or oiled. The main bedroom bed was very comfortable, but the the bed in the second bedroom is very old and uncomfortable (the springs stick through). The microwave doesn't seem to heat very well. The place is cleaned to a low standard. The bathroom sinks knobs would bleed green mold when wet. Also there are many light bulbs that need replacing, the bathroom is very dark with no natural light. On the positive side, the a/c works well and the washer was very efficient although the dryer was missing the filter so lint flew everywhere.

A good value, comfortable stay in an excellent location. Positive: We enjoyed the spaces and facilities, with a great view to the hills. An added bonus was a beautiful nearly full moon rising before our very eyes. The location was excellent for us, with two children on their first visit to Adelaide, being so close to attractions and food outlets. What was very good in the circumstances was personalised greeting and car parking assistance...helped out a stressed traveller immensely! Negative: There are a few things requiring attention, such as the sliding door to the balcony, peeling paint, light globe, etc, but it did not detract from the enjoyment of our stay.

Excellent location. Positive: Fabulous location could walk to everything. Negative: Was a bit tired & could do with a refresh.

Loved it, we will book again Positive: Location was nice and close to the city, tram and food and drinks. Was so quiet also which allowed a good nights sleep. Free carpark is so handy.
